Piergiovanni Bazzana, the coordinator of the hArtes Project, was present at the Korea-EU Cooperation Forum on ICT (June 16th-17th). He gave a presentation titled   "Open Source Software for Embedded Systems".

Piergiovanni Bazzana presented few general considerations regarding the role of open source related with the development of embedded applications, then presented the approach used in hArtes, the success story of Scilab and the case story of Diopsis.

it has been an interesting opportunity to exchange information about what are main topics covered by the research projects currently ongoing in EU and Korea.
