The hArtes project, participated successfully to the "SHARE: 2nd International Workshop - Joining Hands towards open source in the embedded system industry" that was held in Madrid the 28th October 2009, at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

The hArtes participation to the workshop took place with two talks in the morning.

The first talk, titled “Our experience with OSS”and the second talk, titled “The hArtes project”.

During the afternoon session the various tools of the hArtes toolchain have been presented and the steps required to create an hArtes project in the Eclipse environment have been showed, describing the various building and debugging phases.

The project shown during the demontration was an audio application, containing ARM code such as “echo functionality” and DSP code such as “FIR filter functionality”
